A breath-infused vinyasa flow and meditation practice
Start your day by deepening the awareness of your heart, body, and mind though movement and meditation. Flow from one pose to the next through creative sequences, focusing on linking breath with movement for the first hour of class, then sit through a guided meditation for the last fifteen minutes. Connect to your breath, your light, your consciousness—to your inner self.
This series is great for students who are curious about meditation, as well as those who already have a steady meditation practice. This series is designed for all levels, however, at least some yoga experience will be helpful as we will be moving fluidly through poses.
Jenn Choi has over 900 hours of training in several different schools of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Anusara, and yoga therapeutics (500RYT). She has been teaching since 2009, and is passionate about the human anatomy, its biomechanics, and how to safely and effectively use yoga to cultivate and maintain strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
