Rate: $1650* for full 100 hours, or $600 per part. (to get the $1650 rate, balance must be paid in full upfront.)
Join Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell for 100 hours of Yoga Teacher Training designed to take your teaching and your asana practice to a new level. Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell, both known for their clarity, humor, and passionate teaching styles, are joining together to present a unique training for yoga practitioners and teachers. Don't miss this rare opportunity to work with two masterful teachers in a dynamic, intensive, and personal setting.
The 100-hour Teacher Training Program is based on fundamental teaching skills that will enhance any style of yoga. This teacher training will be focused on learning and refining the central elements necessary for teaching inspiring and effective public classes.
Special topics include articulation skills, sequencing toward peak poses, creating authentic and inspiring themes, introducing biomechanical alignment to beginners, making affective verbal and hands-on adjustments, developing creative solutions for mixed level and special populations. Special time will also be devoted to communication skills, leadership studies, ethics, business and marketing.

Prerequisite: Completion of School of Yoga's 100-Hour Path of Practice program OR contact us with your yoga background for review. Students who complete both the Path of Practice, and the Teacher Training Program are eligible for RYT-200 certification through Yoga Alliance.
Christina Sell is the author of the books Yoga From The Inside Out: Making Peace with your Body Through Yoga and My Body is a Temple: Yoga as a Path to Wholeness. She is the author of Yoga International magazine's Art of Asana columns for 2012 as well as a monthly columnist for Origin Magazine. Known for her precise teaching style, her passionate presentation and her sense of humor, Christina's classes are challenging fun and inspiring. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two cats and two retired greyhounds.
Darren Rhodes has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson, Arizona for 13 years. His new book Yoga Resource features photographs of 400 yoga poses to inform and inspire your practice. He was named one of Yoga Journal's "21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga." Darren is dedicated to authenticity and innovation in his teaching.
