Join Mira & Jarret for three evenings of explorations of the heart.Are we living out our potential? Are we directing our energy in the most potent way. We’ll continue to reflect on what we want and who we want to be, and we’ll consult with the ancient yogis to determine how to realize our wildest dreams. We’ll incorporporate guided meditations and practical techniques. These classes are open to everyone. No problem if you didn’t make it last time.
