with Jeniffer Zimmerman
@ YogaOasis Central

Love yo Body challenges the dominant cultural paradigm that promotes the belief that no body is ever perfect enough. The truth is that you are beautiful, regardless if you can see it or not. Come foster a deeper relationship with your one and only beautiful body, soothe your nervous system, and nurture your Self during this gentle hour of yoga.
This 60 minute class utilizes props, dim lighting, and chill music. Practitioners of all shapes, shades, ages, sexes, genders, and ability to pay are welcome.
