The Upanishads: Exploring the Deep Questions that Fueled the Early Yogis

Written between 800 – 300 B.C.E the Upanishads are a beautifully rich collection of stories, parables, and ideas exploring the nature of ultimate reality and our place in the world. In this class we begin with an overview of the Upanishads and then delve into some of the deeper questions that the text grapples with.
About the Will Duncan
Will Duncan has been formally studying meditation and scripture with his teachers for over three decades. He has completed almost four accumulative years of silent and solitary meditation practice and teaches yogic and Buddhist philosophy throughout the world. Known for bringing humor and light-heartedness into his teaching style he strives to show the relevance of ancient scripture in our day-to-day lives.
