Step by Step; Flowing Into Your Day
For Stephani, regular practice of yoga postures, especially in a owing sequence, improves the quality of her day, helps her to feel better in her skin, and consequently improves her outlook on life. She feels grateful and present. With this state of mind, her world transforms from one that may have been tense and constricted, to one that is open and owing. Circumstances of the day aren’t so effortful, because she’s more at ease. Join her for a mid-week morning series to step into the ow of your day the right way, with love, gratitude, and reverence.
While each class will be a balanced offering, one class will emphasize arm balances and backbends and the other will focus on forward bends, hips opening, and twists; one day may be more upbeat and energetic while the other is more cooling and centering.
All levels welcome!
