OverviewThe Heart of Yoga The YogaOasis 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training is geared towards 200-hour Yoga Alliance® Registered (or equivalent) teachers with a passion for asana and the desire to dive deeper into the study of yoga. This training is perfect for practitioners and teachers looking to deepen their personal practice in a shared community. Expect to emerge with a nuanced understanding of yourself and the vast subject of yoga. Empower your practice and teaching! This training includes a weekend on the intersection of yoga and social justice with author Michelle C. Johnson, and a weekend of yoga philosophy with thought leader Will Duncan.
