Asana Aim: A Sequence that has seemingly gone awry, will be FUN nonetheless, and worth the savasana!

Format:
  • Practice the Sequence on the right side start to finish.
  • Practice the sequence on the left side finish to start.
A pictoral sequence will be provided

Darren Rhodes: E-RYT 500, has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson since 1999. His book, The Yoga Resource Practice Manual, includes practice instructions for 360 poses. Darren is the founder of Yogahour® and was named one of Yoga Journal’s “21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga.”

Chrisyine Reitmayr: (RYT-500) has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and feels more grateful for it every day. She believes in yoga as a lifelong inquiry and aims to engage with the practice as a tool of self-awareness rather than self-improvement. Christine brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to her teaching and strives to create an inclusive space for all levels. Off her mat, she’s into writing, reading, music, travel, and family.
