Heron Pose Explained & Explored
There are a lot of component parts involved in krounchasana (heron pose). Significant movements of the ankle, knee and hip joints are required. Also, it is a deep forward fold done upright. This series will utilize poses that will help mobilize the hips, stretch the hamstrings, and free up the spine to explore this deep and complex posture.
This series is not appropriate for those with ankle, knee or hip injuries.
