Join Keisha and Neti for a community exploration of a sensory focused asana, journaling, and other somatic practices designed to cultivate pleasure and connection. Please bring a journal, pen, and dress in comfortable layers. Optional to bring personal sensory tools for smell, touch, and sight (for example: aromatherapy, artwork, fabrics, etc). About Keisha: Keisha Green (she/her) founder of @pleasureboundyoga is grounded in her commitment to social justice, healing, and community care. She draws from frameworks like pleasure activism, healing justice, and somatic therapy, to inform her community organizing and yoga facilitation— creating wellness spaces that prioritize the well-being of marginalized communities, especially Black, Indigenous, queer, trans, disabled folks and survivors of violence. About Neti: Neti is a yoga teacher and lifelong learner based in Tucson, Arizona. Neti is a first-generation Indian-American, and feels passionate about connecting her Indian heritage and Hindu roots with her yoga practice in western culture. |
