The activities and sports we participate in take a toll on the body, and failing to cross train can create imbalances. Cross training is necessary not only to find balance and prevent injuries, but it can greatly improve performance in one’s main sport. This series is designed specifically for runners and cyclists, and focuses on enhancing strength and mobility to promote recovery, as well as support athletic performance, through targeted stretches, fascia release techniques, and strength building yoga poses and isolated exercises. Perfect for all levels, these classes are aimed to cultivate a deeper connection to your body and mind, so that you can perform at your best when you hit the road or trail! About Jenn:
Jenn Bemis has over 900 hours of training in several different schools of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Anusara, and yoga therapeutics (500RYT), and has been teaching since 2009. Jenn’s classes are infused with precise and detailed alignment cues, while keeping the fluid Vinyasa form of breath and movement within creative, mindful, and intentional sequences. |
