Tanya + Darren + Ron team up to help raise funds to put in a cork floor at yo EAST. 
AKA: hard floor no more. 
  • Darren will bring the floor-flow. 
  • Tanya will bring the floor-functional movement. 
  • Ron will bring delicious baked goods for enjoyment.

Help us bring a softer, stronger future for our studio. We’re raising funds to replace our cement floors with beautiful cork flooring—an upgrade that will be kinder on knees, warmer underfoot, and better for everyone who practices here.
Come move, breathe, and help care for the community space we all share. 

After class, enjoy homemade baked goods from Ron, with all proceeds going toward the new floor.

Darren Rhodes, E-RYT 500, has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson since 1999. His book, The Yoga Resource Practice Manual, includes practice instructions for 360 poses. Darren is the founder of Yogahour® and was named one of Yoga Journal’s “21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga.”

Tanya Witman: Tanya Witman is an avid yoga practitioner and has her degree in counseling. She devoted her clinical hours to grief counseling, and infuses her practice with a deep reverence for breath, presence, ritual, and love of the body.
