About Embodied Flow: Movement as Medicine Join Jess for a 2-hour freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container. Within this experience, music and movement come together as powerful tools for self-expression, healing, and connection. This lightly facilitated experience invites you to explore the body as a vessel for emotion, creativity, and freedom. Through an intentional flow of rhythms and beats, participants are encouraged to move in ways that feel authentic and natural—allowing the music to guide them into deeper awareness of their body and emotions. This is a space to let go of expectations, release what no longer serves, and embody the joy, vulnerability, and aliveness within. Whether you're an experienced mover or new to embodied practices, Embodied Flow offers a profound opportunity to connect with yourself, your community, and the present moment. Come as you are, and let the music be your medicine. About Jess Luse: I take great refuge in the community that the practice of yoga cultivates. I have seen time and time again how coming together with intention can help shine a brighter light onto our everyday lives. I've completed over 900 hours of formal yoga education in India, Australia and the United States. I spent 3 years living and working within creative communities abroad where I realized that the practice of yoga provides an opportunity for tapping into expression and deeper awareness. My classes offer a supportive, welcoming environment to practice paying attention and getting compassionately curious. I try to infuse my classes with both playfulness and precision. Come as you are, always. I am honored to both offer and share in this transformational practice at the very place I fell in love with it myself: YogaOasis. |
