Encinitas Yoga Retreat

Join Darren and Brigette for their 5th annual YogaOasis yoga retreat. This time in beautiful Encinitas, California! Every year, an incredible group of practitioners comes together to slow down, dive into the teachings of yoga and enjoy a break from everyday life. The proximity to the ocean, paired with the power of community leaves participants feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Yoga sessions are all levels. Expect balanced, full-spectrum asana classes, journaling, meditation and breathwork. Bring an open mind, open heart and (most importantly) a sense of humor.

- 4 morning classes (2hrs/each)

Typical Day: 

8:30-10:30 am: yoga & meditation
11:00-3:00: lunch & free time (massage, beach time, shopping, etc.)
3:30-5:00 pm: yoga 
after 5:30 pm: dinner and sunset

**Please note all deposits are refundable up until 3 months before the retreat start date. After that your deposit is not refundable. It is transferable to another retreat if you have to cancel late due to any circumstance. If you are able to find a replacement for your spot, your deposit will be refunded minus a 7% service fee.


About Darren & Brigette

Darren Rhodes E-RYT 500 (he/him) has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson since 1999. His book, The Yoga Resource Practice Manual, includes practice instructions for 360 poses. Darren is the founder of Yogahour® and was named one of Yoga Journal’s “21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga.”  Darren is also a faculty member at Glo. Brigette Finley, E-RYT 500 (she/her) co-founded Southtown Yoga in St. Louis, MO, back in 2007. From 2013-2023, Brigette served as the director of Yogahour®, spearheading nationwide teacher training programs alongside her teacher and mentor, Darren Rhodes. In 2014, Brigette worked alongside the best  of the best at YogaOasis, as the teacher training program director.  Brigette currently lives in Costa Rica and is very involved in conservation work and teaching English to children in her local community.
