Kanoe = Flow + Darren = Slow
A yogahour class like no other - 1st half of each sequence = flow with Kanoe; 2nd half = slow with Darren (fewer poses/longer holds). Flow = faster than standard yogahour. Slow = slower paced than standard yogahour. The two together = an even keel kind of dharma-deal.
