Christina Sell Christina Sell has been practicing yoga since 1991 and teaching since 1998. She was certified in Anusara® yoga in 2003 and has authored three books on yoga and body image: Yoga From the Inside Out: Making Peace with Your Body Through Yoga, My Body is a Temple: Yoga as a Path to Wholeness and A Deeper Yoga: Moving Beyond Body Image to Wholeness and Freedom. Known for her precise teaching style and down-to-earth approach to spirituality, Christina enjoys helping people of all ages and abilities find an authentic relationship to yogic practice. She resides in Bellingham, Washington with her husband, two affectionate cats, and the world's best dog, Locket. christinasellyoga.com Darren Rhodes is the director of YogaOasis Studios in Tucson, AZ. Darren is featured in the yoga poster, Penchant for Practice. His Book, The Yoga Resource Practice Manual, includes practice instructions for 360 poses. Darren is the founder of Yogahour and was named one of Yoga Journal's "21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga."
