About Fulfill Your Joy - a Heartfelt Journey of Yoga, Meditation, Habit Change, and Nourishing Food: Step into a nurturing and transformative experience guided by Ron Wassell, an experienced Yoga Oasis teacher, life and health coach, and chef. Designed with care and intention, this workshop invites you to explore areas in your life where you may feel stuck, reconnect with your sense of purpose, and discover or deepen the joy that is uniquely yours. Through the mindful practices of yoga, meditation, and habit change coaching, Ron will be there to support you as you release barriers, embrace possibility, and cultivate greater ease, fulfillment, and meaning in your life. This gentle and holistic experience aims to help you tap into your inner wellspring of peace, passion, and vitality. As part of this journey, you will enjoy a delicious, wholesome culinary experience—an exquisitely prepared vegan and gluten-free lunch, free of refined sweeteners, created with love by Ron himself. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know at least one week in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you. What Awaits You in This Workshop: Yoga (Asana Practice): Move with intention and care in an accessible, all-levels yoga session focusing on releasing points of physical tension and supporting emotional balance and spaciousness. Emphasis will be placed on hip-opening poses and twists—both powerful tools for freeing the body and mind. Feel welcome to join at your own pace and tune in to your unique physical needs. Meditation: Together, we’ll engage in a guided meditation and visualization practice aimed at helping you move beyond perceived obstacles into a space of clarity and possibility. Ron will lead you gently through every step of the process, allowing you to reconnect with your inner calm and explore the outcomes you wish to create in your life. Habit Change Coaching: Through compassionate and thoughtful questions, Ron will help you uncover areas where you may feel held back and celebrate the aspects of your life already flowing beautifully. You’ll enjoy an opportunity to envision and articulate your desires and imagine how welcoming those changes into your life might feel. Whether you choose to answer the questions privately or share with the group, this process is designed to be safe, supportive, and entirely stress-free. Written prompts will be provided, and all personal discoveries remain confidential unless participants choose to share them openly. Community and Nourishment: To close the workshop, we’ll gather for the pleasure of sharing food and heartfelt conversation—a rare opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others in a warm, welcoming space. Post-Workshop Coaching Opportunity: Each participant (unless they prefer to opt out) will receive a follow-up phone conversation with Ron to explore their responses more meaningfully and uncover additional insights. For those seeking further empowerment and transformation, there will be an opportunity to discuss additional coaching support tailored to your needs. Come as you are and step into a space designed to honor your inner wisdom, celebrate your unique journey, and open the door to joy and transformation. This workshop is an invitation to pause, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward a more joyful, fulfilled version of yourself—all within a loving, supportive environment. We hope to see you there!
