The Shape of Grace: A Weekend Asana Workshop with Christina Sell "I do not understand the mystery of grace—only that it meets us where we are and does not leave us where it found us."- Anne Lamott Join Christina Sell for a weekend of inspired practice exploring the dynamic relationship between acceptance and growth. Drawing on life-affirming principles that inform Anusara yoga, we'll investigate how yoga invites us to meet ourselves honestly, engage wholeheartedly with the present moment, and participate consciously in the ongoing process of becoming. The concept of grace has been understood in many ways across traditions and philosophies—as support, resilience, connection, wisdom, love, or the mysterious force that calls us toward greater wholeness. Whatever language speaks most deeply to you, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore how practice can help us recognize and cooperate with the transformative possibilities already present in our lives. Through skillfully sequenced asana, precise alignment instruction, and thoughtful reflection, we'll explore the shape that growth takes in the body, mind, and heart. Grounded in a sometimes-challenging premise of intrinsic goodness, our work together will honor both where we are and where we are headed. Throughout the weekend, we'll inquire:
Expect dynamic movement, intelligent alignment, practical philosophy, and a supportive community of fellow practitioners.
