This workshop features familiar mainstream poses along with a few of the more seldOM seen “advanced” poses. The most difficult poses only comprise about 10% of the workshop, so no need to be intimidated.
“Eventually, the name of the pose is the most advanced instruction.” B.K.S Iyengar.
What makes this workshop format unique: no prep cues. Meaning for all mainstream familiar poses, I will simply call out their name and you go directly into them. Less prep means more poses.
Once in the pose I will provide clear and specific strength and stretch instructions.
For the physically advanced poses, there will be copious amounts of alignment instructions start to finish. I will also provide stages for the sake of accessibility - meaning everyone will be able to participate.
Will I teach the above photo on this flyer? Yes. How can a pose like this be accessible to you? Join me and find out!
