Journey to Handstand With Gianna Purcell Journey to handstand: A workshop on how to use your hands on the floor, understanding your shoulders, inverting, and prepping for presses. Bio: Gianna began handstand training fifteen years ago when training for international yoga asana competitions and was the first woman to compete handstand scorpion internationally. She leads handstand workshops around the world helping yogis develop a roadmap and the confidence necessary to reach their handstand goals.
