Knocking on Heaven's Door: Asana Weekend with Christina Sell
This weekend workshop is inspired by Bob Dylan's timeless lyrics and works through an arc of themes ranging from an honest invitation to acknowledge the difficulties of our current times along with considerations of refuge, service, inspiration and aspiration. While each session can be approached independently, please consider participating in the full weekend to benefit from the full spectrum of commentary, considerations, and alignment lessons that will build on each other. Christina Sell, known for her down-to-earth and non-dogmatic teaching style will guide participants through well-rounded sequences incorporating practical strategies for deepening and expanding your anatomical and postural knowledge, along with techniques you can use to improve range of motion over time. Expect demonstrations, explanations, a few partner exercises, and slow-paced practices with standing poses, arm balances, back bending and forward bending postures.
