This mini retreat weaves together creative practices, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and heartfelt community to replenish your mind, body, and heart — leaving you grounded, nourished, and more connected to yourself on your journey of mothering. What to Expect: 🌸 Creative activities to spark inspiration and connection 🌿 Slow flow yoga and self-massage to reconnect with your body 📓 Journaling for reflection and self-awareness 🎶 Group singing to lift your energy and awaken your voice 💞 A women’s circle to move into the season with intention, clarity, and ease 🍵 Nourishing snacks and tea provided (feel free to bring something to share!) This mini retreat is for mamas in every chapter of motherhood. Whether you’re pregnant and preparing for your little one, navigating the early postpartum months, or further along in the ever-evolving journey of raising children (even grown ones), this space is for you. Come as you are. Pumping welcome. ❤️ About Jess: I take great refuge in the community that the practice of yoga cultivates. I have seen time and time again how coming together with intention can help shine a brighter light onto our everyday lives. I've completed over 900 hours of formal yoga education in India, Australia and the United States. I spent 3 years living and working within creative communities abroad where I realized that the practice of yoga provides an opportunity for tapping into expression and deeper awareness. My classes offer a supportive, welcoming environment to practice paying attention and getting compassionately curious. I try to infuse my classes with both playfulness and precision. Come as you are, always. I am honored to both offer and share in this transformational practice at the very place I fell in love with it myself: YogaOasis. |
