About:

Join Gaby for a 2 hour ritual flow, meditation & journaling to honor the power of culminations and endings.

The practice of letting go is innate to Nature. We witness the life death life cycles in the changing seasons, fallen leaves, and new growth that rises from the ashes. When we cling to ideas, beliefs, outgrown ways of being or battle Nature’s law of impermanence, we create Duḥkha (suffering) and in some cases, dis-ease. The practice of conscious release is a form of regenerative grief work, deep process and inner alchemy.

Our collective “Sadhana” or spiritual practice will include a blend of subtle body practice such as breathwork, yoga asana, kriya, mantra, mudra, culminating in a guided visualization & journaling ritual and meditation. We’ll seal the practice with a short nidra meditation with singing bowls.

Consider this an invitation to honor endings through personal ritual, embodied movement and meditation.

What to expect:
  • Guided introspection & journaling
  • Somatic practices for energetic clearing
  • 60 minute yoga asana that includes a blend of fiery yet grounded vinyasa flow, kriya, pranayama breathwork, into slower movement aimed at supporting digestion, movement of lymph and apana vayu (the downward and outward flow of energy)
  • 20 minute yoga nidra meditation accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls

Bring a journal, something to write with and any ritual items you’d like to add to the collective altar during our practice. Grab your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes for yoga practice.
