ABOUT: Postnatal Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed to help new parents reconnect with their bodies, rebuild core strength, release physical tension, and soothe the nervous system—all while fostering connection and community in the postpartum journey. Babies welcome. ABOUT CHRISTINE: A yoga practitioner for 15 years, I moved to Tucson in 2011 and learned what a treasure a yoga community can be. I had always flirted with the idea of a teacher training, and in a flash of insight in 2013, realized there would never be a “right” time to do it. I jumped in anyway. Learning from Darren Rhodes, Brigette Finley, and all the other exceptional YO teachers has been a gift and a pleasure, and I am so proud to be part of the team. I strive to offer challenging, balanced classes that encourage students to explore their potential and increase their self-awareness. I want each student to get what he or she needs out of the practice, whether it is a calming of the mind or a really great workout. Apart from teaching yoga, I am a freelance writer, editor, and mama to three. |
