About Death & Rebirth:
An activation breathwork session This practice is designed to support your inner healing journey by creating space to let go of what is no longer serving you and step into the newness of what wants to come forward. This session will begin with an activating breathing practice and end in a deep state of rest. This workshop is meant to give you space for any cycle in your life that has ended as well as celebrating new beginnings. We will focus on letting go with love and calling in new beginnings with clarity and ease. By breathing intentionally we can connect to ourselves on a deeper level to experience and embrace moving through the phases of death and rebirth throughout life. This class is meant to be activating by controlling and quickening your breath to tap into your subconscious mind. This supports the natural inner healing process and helps release stagnant energy to make room for what is ready to come forward. It’s a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment. Each person uses their breath and the music in the room to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness to increase self awareness. **Note: this technique can potentially evoke intense physical and emotional changes. Therefore if you are experiencing any of the following conditions, this practice is not recommended: cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, recent injury or surgery, panic attacks or psychosis, seizures, aneurysms or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, please be sure to arrive with a mostly empty stomach and be well hydrated the day of the session.** About Bre Emmert: Bre is an E-RYT 500hr yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2012.
