Winter Solstice Sadhana: Yoga & Ritual Practice
Join for a 2 hour ritual flow and meditation to honor the sacred juncture of Winter Solstice. We gather on the longest night of the year to pause in stillness and reflection, to re-align with the rhythms of the Earth, to re-kindle the light within. Our collective “Sadhana” or spiritual practice will include a blend of subtle body practices such as breathwork, yoga asana, kriya, mantra, mudra, culminating in a guided nidra meditation accompanied by the vibrations of singing bowls. Consider this an invitation to nourish yourself through personal ritual, embodied movement and meditation. Come as you are - in devotion, curiosity or quiet wonder. What to expect: Guided journaling, introspection & ritual. Pranayama breathwork practice to intuition, clarity and balance. Candlelit asana practice that includes a blend of slow vinyasa flow to yin with long holds and restorative poses to draw inward and root into Self Culminating in a yoga nidra meditation accompanied by the singing bowls. Bring a journal, something to write with and any ritual items you’d like to add to the collective altar during our practice. Wear comfortable clothes for yoga practice.
