*All deposits are refundable up until 3 months before the retreat start date. After that your deposit is not refundable. It is transferable to another retreat if you have to cancel late due to any circumstance. If you or the retreat hosts are able to find a replacement for your spot, your deposit will be refunded minus a 7% service fee.
