The Work is Always Worth It - Full Program (all 20 classes)
Over the past 12 years Darren has created 20 Yoga sequences comprised of 50 poses each; all of which he will share in this surya-sun-shop. Yoga Sequences Manual highly recommended.
Monday - Friday: (do any or all sections).
75 minute practice.
30 minute pranayama/meditation.
15 minute discourse on what makes the sequence of the day signature, using a pictorial visual for clarity.
