31 days of Yoga in July at YO. Surya = Sun
Includes one day of mandatory rest per week (seated or restorative practice)

$108 (or $98 for students/seniors)

Includes
  • Unlimited yoga at any yo location in July
  • A kickoff class w/ Tanya Witman: Sun. June 30th, 1:30-2:45 p.m. @ Central 
  • A finale class w/ Tanya Witman: Wed. July 31st, 4:15-5:30 p.m. @ Central
  • Printed sequences to practice at home when needed
  • Weekly emails by Tanya to help keep the fire stoked
  • An original Surya Yoga Challenge 2019 T-shirt or Tank
