“Spiritual work is separating from the noise and clamor of outer life in order to move towards something quieter. It is an effort to elevate one’s self toward something that is already there but that is much finer than an ordinary and external way of life.”
The Work; Observation and Action in Asana
A 3 Day Intensive with Christina Sell and Darren Rhodes
Asana practice is a dynamic physical endeavor that requires strength, flexibility, endurance and dexterity. However, as physically-oriented as the practice appears to be on the surface, hidden in the forms of the postures is the ongoing call to pay attention to the layers of our being beneath and beyond the body. Join Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell for a 3-day intensive that will explore alignment principles for the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Expect strong asana, journal writing, group discussion and good company in an empowering, supportive and inspiring environment.
