The Creative Life: Practice, Presence, and Authentic Expression; Yoga Retreat at Triveni Ashram - with Christina Sell, Darren Rhodes, and Mary Angelon Young "Creativity is a force larger than ourselves, which wants to flow through us, be expressed by us, and be given to the community around us. Times of chaos and dissolution can also birth creativity that leads us to the next phase of life—or of the world—in the never-ending dance of chaos and ongoing creation and creativity." — Michael Meade Creativity flows in and through our ability to meet each moment with openness, imagination, and wholehearted engagement. Whether we are moving on the mat, writing in a journal, engaging in any art form or even a conversation, creativity invites us to respond from our deepest values rather than from habit or expectations. In these turbulent times, our question might be, “How do I manage my life and be open to inspiration and creative energy?” Join Christina Sell, Darren Rhodes, and Mary Angelon Young for three days of yoga, contemplative practice, meaningful conversation, and unleashing our creativity in various forms—reflective writing, drawing, movement, singing—to explore how embodied practice, authentic inquiry, and supportive community can awaken the creative impulse within. Set in the beauty and peaceful quiet of Triveni Ashram, surrounded by the wilderness of the high desert, this retreat offers space and time to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the unique expression of your own life. Travel Schedule: March 18 (arrivals on Thursday PM) through March 22 (departures on Monday AM) Retreat includes:
