The YogaOasis 300-hour Advanced Yogahour® teacher training is for 200-hour Yoga Alliance® Registered (or equivalent) teachers with a passion for asana and the desire to dive deep into the “whys” of over 200 poses. This training is perfect for teachers looking to deepen their personal practice and gain a better understanding of Yogahour teaching techniques (Yogahour is a flow style of hatha yoga that weaves in form via shape, safety, and refinement instructions.) Expect to practice a lot of asana and emerge with the necessary tools to teach with clarity and confidence.
The 300-Hour Yogahour Program gives trainees the requirements, along with your previous 200-hour teacher training, to apply as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-500). The total training is 300 hours: 270 contact hours (classroom time with faculty) and 30 non-contact hours (reading and homework). The program is a longer, richer, and deeper study of topics you may have been introduced to in your initial 200-hour program.
