Event Description:
This three-part summer yoga and writing series welcomes both beginners and experienced yogis and writers. Join Neti for three immersive 3-hour sessions that blend yoga and breathwork to open creative channels, dedicated time to write, optional sharing and group feedback, and a closing restorative yoga practice. Come with a writing project in mind or simply arrive ready to free-write. Whether your focus is personal, professional, or creative, this series offers space to deepen your practice or spark a new relationship with writing. While the three sessions can support the beginning, middle, and end of a piece, you’re welcome to engage with the process in whatever way feels right for you. Please bring a yoga mat, a journal and pen or laptop with charger, and something comfortable to write on. Bio: Neti is a yoga student and teacher at YogaOasis and in the Tucson community. She is also a devoted writer, sustaining a daily writing practice shaped by her years as an English teacher and her current work teaching at the university level. Passionate about the intersection of body and language, Neti aims to bring together movement and creative practice in ways that are both grounding and expansive. |
