Yoga Therapeutics and Adjustment Intensive

Yoga therapeutics aids in the healing and prevention of common injuries and physical pain. In this workshop learn how to read and analyze posture, develop manual adjustment skills and deepen your understanding of postural alignment and anatomy.

Pre-requisite: Must be a teacher and or an aspiring teacher who has at least completed a Phase 1 Anusara Immersion.

Bruce Bowditch is a certified Anusara Yoga teacher and fine artist. Bruce is a long time student of John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga, and one of his main assistants in national workshops. Bruce has served as director of teaching at Space Studio in Taiwan and leads workshops both nationally and abroad. His detailed knowledge of yoga therapeutics along with his sensitive ability to connect with each student makes Bruce's teachings personal, transformative and rich. He generously shares his knowledge and discoveries and dedicates his time to helping others experience the soulfulness, creativity and passion that is the art of Yoga.

The Dances of Universal Peace are simple, meditative and uplifting group dances. They represent and integrate many of the world’s spiritual traditions, and help to create peace and unity within and without. Some of the traditions represented are Hindu, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, Sufi, American Indian, Jewish, Christian, Islamic, Goddess, Celtic, and Universalist.

Please note that the meeting for may will be the third Saturday of the month (May 17).
