One way to persist during pandemic = practice!
Over the past 12 years, Darren has created 20 Yoga sequences comprised of 50 poses each; all of which he will share in this 20 day yoga challenge. Practice every single one of the sequences on a Monday-Friday schedule. Each class will be paced to be 75 minutes long, followed by pranayama/meditation, and a short discussion. You can tune in to any or all parts.
