All classes are designed for all levels of practitioners. 

What you need to know:
  • All participants must register and pay in advance using the register buttons on this page
  • All participants must bring their own mats and water. If you do not own a yoga mat, a beach towel works well!
  • Please note there are no refunds on ticket purchases. However, with advance email notification we can give you a credit for another class!
