Overview 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training
The YogaOasis 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training is geared towards 200-hour Yoga Alliance® Registered (or equivalent) teachers with a passion for asana and the desire to dive deeper into the study of yoga. This training is perfect for practitioners and teachers looking to deepen their personal practice in a shared community. I love dogs, yoga, food, and art and I love to study. I’m a somanaut, a dedicated and persistent explorer of the mystery and magic of human embodiment. The path of yoga, from the physical practice to the philosophical context that informs the practice is my passion. I believe yoga is more than just an exercise, it’s a profound spiritual exploration and a design for living. My classes emphasize alignment and breath based movement and are designed to build strength as well as flexibility. I strive to make my classes fun, challenging, practical, and accessible to anyone looking to create transformation in their lives, whether their desire is to open their hearts or their hamstrings. I believe that the end result of either intention brings us closer to achieving both.
