Take some well deserved personal time to nourish and re-energize before the busy holiday season begins. Join Darren and Brigette for their 4th annual yoga retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica. Retreats offer the opportunity to step away from daily routines and prioritize practice and JOY. Each day will include two practice sessions, including a full spectrum alignment driven Hatha Yoga practice, breathing exercises, meditation, journaling and small group discussion. There will be ample free time to enjoy the ocean, jungle, pool and the charming surf town of Nosara. This gathering will be hosted at a small boutique hotel that offers an exquisite, personalized experience. Enjoy solo time in a luxurious private room or bunk up with others in a shared room. About Darren & Brigette Darren Rhodes E-RYT 500 (he/him) has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson since 1999. His book, The Yoga Resource Practice Manual, includes practice instructions for 360 poses. Darren is the founder of Yogahour® and was named one of Yoga Journal’s “21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga.” Darren is also a faculty member at Glo. From 2013-2023, Brigette served as the director of Yogahour®, spearheading nationwide teacher training programs alongside her teacher and mentor, Darren Rhodes. In 2014, Brigette and her husband moved their family to Tucson, AZ. There she worked alongside the best of the best at YogaOasis, as the teacher training program director. Training teachers was her passion. Brigette currently lives in Costa Rica and enjoys a slower life. She surfs daily, writes often and still loves a good asana practice. She is very involved in her local community and her young family is her top priority.
