A 4-week Series with Sam Rice

This 4-week series is designed to give you the tools you need to develop a home yoga practice to specifically care for you back. Each class will build on the next resulting in a 45-minute full spectrum sequence to incorporate into your life. You will receive printed out sequences for each week that can either stand alone or be combined with the other sequences as well. During each class, there will be detailed instruction about the postures and the “why” of the postures to support your spinal health.
Each class will include breath work, meditation, and asana (physical postures).
You will need two blocks, a strap and a blanket.
Sam Rice, E-RYT 500, is a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga first and foremost. This fuels her passion for teaching. Sam has been teaching yoga since 2006. She teaches classes, workshops, and teacher trainings both locally (Tucson, AZ) and nationally. Sam is known for her diligent and detailed alignment instructions, that are delivered with great skill, passion, and humor, offering students the opportunity to find renewed depth in practice.
