ABOUT: Join Michelle for some Friday night monthly drop in classes. The slow flow movement/meditation practices will be grounding and nourishing, paced so practitioner can deepen their relational awareness to what’s happening within. These classes are offered as a therapeutic container to tend to our wholeness. You can expect an integrative offering that honors the complexity of the human system and maybe head into your weekend with a little extra mojo. Michelle Marks has been facilitating experiential practices on and off the yoga mat since 2001. She recognizes all of her offerings as practices of yoga, and off the mat calls it individual and couple therapy in her full time private practice. Exploring spirituality and science and the depths of relationship within and between is what feels like the best way to describe how Michelle is spending her time personally and professionally these days. Her classes are an offering for practitioners to deepen their connection to their internal landscape and the interface with the world around whilst also lightening the spirit whenever possible. |
