This kids yoga class is a fun-filled, peace-filled and heart-opening practice for yogis ages 4+

Five Fridays at 4:15pm beginning October 21st! A yogahour for adults is available at the same time (adults can sign up at: YogaOasis.com/central)

Kids yoga instructors Lynette Maya and Christine Conery are both trained yoga teachers with extensive preschool experience.
