She is a certified Somatic Coach trained in Organic Intelligence® a positive-reinforcement–based, somatic psychology–informed, systems-oriented framework that uniquely supports whole body system autoregulation. Christine has facilitated a wide range of group experiences for children, supporting embodiment, relational awareness, and self-regulation through movement, rest, and play. Christine is also a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher in the Yoga Hour method, a lineage developed at Yoga Oasis. She began practicing yoga 13 years ago and was drawn to the Yoga Hour style after recognizing its depth, accessibility, and adaptability at another local studio—an experience that ultimately led her to study at Yoga Oasis. Her teaching is grounded in a very personal asana, meditation and Yoga Nidra practices that adapts to her Unique and ever-changing physical body. Christine is passionate about supporting both herself and others in discovering their unique way of practicing within a group setting. She is deeply committed to making yoga accessible to people of all ages, abilities, life stages, and perceived limitations. Christine describes herself as a perpetual beginner, honoring the evolving mobility needs she navigates daily. This perspective informs her own practice and keeps her teaching responsive, compassionate, and most importantly, embodied. Currently, her greatest interest lies in helping humans of all ages cultivate a relationship with their innate felt sense, supporting lives that include mobility, comfort, curiosity, and body-based self-trust. Her youth classes are infused with fun, play, exploration, inclusivity, and deep rest—Honoring the natural oscillation between movement and rest, finding the contronym where both actions are felt harmoniously.
