Join Darren and Sam on New Year’s Day for a special practice where camel pose is the destined destination. And yet, the primary purpose is not the pose per say, but to set a certain 2025 tone & tenor; 

Like a caravan of camels walking in the desert 
Be durable against the adversaries of life 
And walk with decisive steps

Darren Rhodes, E-RYT 500, is the director of YogaOasis Studios in Tucson, AZ. Darren is featured in the yoga poster, Penchant for Practice. His eBook, The Yoga Resource Practice Manual, includes practice instructions for 360 poses. Sam Rice, E-RYT 500, is a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga first and foremost. This fuels her passion for teaching. Sam has been teaching yoga since 2007.
