Yoga for Recovery - A Weekly Class

Yoga for Recovery is an all levels, trauma-informed class for those on the path of recovery from substance misuse and trauma, or anyone cultivating grounded and adaptive wellness practices. Through gentle hatha yoga, we link breath, movement, and community to build skills for living a balanced life off the mat. Friends and allies welcome!
About Melissa Keller:
Melissa Keller (she/her) started teaching yoga in 2020. She is also a clinical trauma therapist and supervisor. In her classes, she infuses yoga and nervous system regulation skills to create an environment for students to gain a felt-sense of safety, strength, and acceptance of the present moment. Melissa is passionate about using her own experiences as a survivor of complex trauma and substance misuse to support others on their own healing journeys. She loves movement, being outside, and DIY home improvement. She lives with her spouse and cat in a nearly 100 year old adobe house.
