This succinct weekly online series will set your week off in the right groove, with a 30-minute yoga sequence full of play and power; 19 weeks in a row! Join Darren Rhodes as he teaches a unique sequence every Monday morning, March 14th through July 18th. Recordings are available if you cannot attend live.


Darren Rhodes, E-RYT 500, has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson since 1999. His book, The Yoga Resource Practice Manual, includes practice instructions for 360 poses. Darren is the founder of Yogahour® and was named one of Yoga Journal’s “21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga.”
