Join Tanya Witman for a New Year’s Eve practice into the new year! We will bless the year that is coming to a close and welcome the year to come, with strength, mindfulness, fun and intention.
Please bring paper and writing implements, water, a mat, and wear comfortable clothes for an asana (yoga poses) practice. Expect music, breath, postures, movement, ritual, and meditation.
