Practicing Wellness - A Year Long Program (Meets Once/Month!)

We get good at what we practice. If we practice yoga, we get more familiar with it. It becomes part of our lives and spreads from the mat out into our world. If we practice piano, archery, or any other skill, we get better at it until it becomes second nature. It is the same with wellness habits.
Join Tanya Witman, LMT, M.A., Clinical Mental Health Counseling, for a yearlong exploration into practicing wellness habits. Each month she will present a different topic of practice, from the most fundamental and basic to those less tangible (but equally as important). See what it feels like to PRACTICE these habits and watch your life change. Physical, emotional, mental and soulful wellness can be yours for the practicing of them.
Monthly three-hour work/playshops will include discussion, interaction, practical exploration and a goodie box to assist you in developing your habits. Weekly emails with questions and inspiration will be sent to help support you. Practitioners are welcome to drop in for a topic or participate in the entire series.
Participants are asked to dress comfortably in clothing you can move in, and bring water as well as a notebook or journal and a pen or pencil.
